This groundbreaking collaboration between Entia’s Liberty, the world's first at-home blood monitoring solution, and Lloyds Clinical, one of the most experienced providers of specialist clinical treatments outside of hospital.
Entia's unique monitoring solution allows patients to take blood tests at home and for results to be automatically shared with healthcare professionals. The simple-to-use tests reduce the burden of in-person patient assessments while also unlocking new insights that drive more personalised, preventative and high-value care pathways within the community.
Advancing and enhancing clinical care at home
The partnership marks a pivotal advancement in cancer treatment delivery, integrating Liberty's innovative full blood count analyser with Lloyds Clinical's oncology nursing teams to support patients receiving some of the most challenging and complex cancer therapies. This unique collaboration creates a comprehensive care system that enables patients to receive hospital-at-home monitoring and support while maintaining their daily routines.
By combining data generated from patients self-testing at home and experienced clinical oversight, the partnership aims to reduce the occurrence and severity of treatment complications so that patients are able to achieve a better quality of life and improved outcomes.
